It is his ability to perform magical tricks despite being paralyzed below his neck which brings goosebumps to those around. The one and only desperate wish of Ethan is to be given permission for a mercy killing. The movie is a flawless mix of romance, tragedy and magic.

A Disney movie, directed by Kevin Lima casting Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams is a fairy tale flick. Despite being a fairy tale story, it is not completely animated and has non-animated scenes as well. It is a parody of several classics of Walt Disney including the story of Cinderella, Snow White, and Sleeping Beauty. Though the movie begins and ends with a fairytale touch to it, the twists and turns are rather realistic with the protagonist realizing her love for a married man with a child.

Now this is where love and magical powers come together and present as an invincible combination. Directed by Matthew Vaughn, the movie stars Sienna Miller, Claire Danes and Charlie Cox . In an attempt to please his lady love and fulfill her silly wish, a young boy sets on to his journey to bring a fallen star to her and with that he finds himself in the magical world of Stormhold. It is only after he meets the fallen star in the form of a fairy, his real quests actually begin. The fairy is endangered and upon the lad’s shoulders now lies the responsibility to ensure her safety.
