10 Tiniest Livable House In The World

Having a big family, I dream of having a spacious house with at least four bedrooms and 2 T&B. However, not everyone has the same dream. Some people apparently prefer smaller houses. There can be several reasons, maybe it’s due to limited resources, sheer simplicity or even avoiding the need to have to rent a shared room and end up with an annoying housemate. Whatever their reasons are, we have to admit that these people who design tiny houses have really shown creativity in maximizing and making a very small space comfortable and functional. Let’s check out ten of the tiniest livable house in the world.

  1. Twelve Cubed Housing Units

Vancouver, Canada. Sadly, the whole idea was created after a tragic death of an old homeless woman who died when her cardboard box burned. However, we should still commend the Twelve Cube founder James Stewart for making this sad story an inspiration for creating a livable home for those who have limited resources.

A typical unit is from 10x10x10 foot to 12x12x12 foot big (or small). It has two stories and has the facilities of a typical home with a bedroom, T&B, kitchen, and dining as well as a common area/ living room. It can even come equipped with washer and other built-in appliance if the buyer has a few more money to spare.

Brazil. This tiny house to be closed and conservative on the side facing the street. However, on the opposite side is also an opposite facet. It features a floor to ceiling glass door on almost the entire stretch of the house leaving the inside quite exposed on the side facing its backyard/ garden. Even though it’s tiny, it seems to be very spacious since it has almost no partition. Truly resembles a studio type bachelor’s pad.
